Terms of service
The agreement between you and House of Luli.
These are the terms you agree to when you order from House of Luli.
Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation — possible, because most designs are a single piece — we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include the piece only. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
The pieces themselves
Everything is finished by hand, so small differences between one piece and the next are normal and are not faults. Screens show colour differently; ask us for a daylight photo if the exact shade matters.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates given to us by the carrier, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns
Your right to return unworn pieces within 14 days is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms.
Using this site
The photographs, text and the House of Luli name and crest belong to us. Please do not reuse them to sell anything.
If something goes wrong
Write to us first. Nearly everything is settled with one message, and we would much rather fix a problem than argue about it.
