Shipping & delivery
What it costs, how long it takes, and how to follow your parcel.
Everything is packed by hand in the United States and sent with tracking. Orders placed before the weekend usually leave us the next working day.
Delivery options

Delivery time starts the day your parcel leaves us, not the day you order. We ship within 1–2 business days.
Free shipping and the mystery gift
- Orders over $50 ship free anywhere in the US on standard delivery.
- Orders over $100 arrive with a free mystery gift tucked in the box.
- The bag and the checkout both show how far you are from each one.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States. If you are outside the US and want a piece sent to you, message us before you order — we will work out the postage and send you a quote.
Tracking your order
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected. You can also open your account and follow the order there: we mark it as placed, packed, shipped and delivered as it moves.
If something goes wrong
Parcels are rarely lost, but carriers do have bad days. If tracking has not moved for three working days, or the box arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will chase it or replace the piece.
