Privacy policy
What we ask for, why we need it, and what we never do with it.
The short version: we ask for what we need to get your order to you, we do not sell it, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
What we collect
- Your order details — name, email, phone, delivery address and what you bought. Without these we cannot post anything to you.
- Your account, if you make one — the same details, plus your wishlist and past orders, so you do not type them again.
- Payment — handled by our payment provider. Card numbers go to them, never to us, and we never see them.
What we do with it
We use it to pack and send your order, to answer you when you write in, and to handle returns. If you asked for order updates or the journal, we use your email for that too, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to: the payment provider that takes the money, and the carrier that delivers the parcel. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody.
Cookies and this preview
This preview site keeps your bag, wishlist and sign-in state in your own browser’s local storage. Nothing on this preview is sent to a server, and clearing your browser data clears all of it.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ask us to stop emailing you and we stop.
